I fully expected my posts to be about the experience of being a student again, and what that means to you as you pursue your Rich and Happy adventures. As it turns out, today’s post has nothing to do with studying Spanish.
What Is Money Worth To You?
Let’s suppose you are about to buy a brand new car. Fortunately for you, you have a $60k budget to play with and you have had your eye on a Mercedes Benz since way back when.
There are two dealerships in your local town, one is a couple of minutes down the road and the other is a 30 minute each way cross town drive. Both dealerships have the particular model you want in stock, but the prices are slightly different.

A couple of years ago I was shopping with my wife at the local Outlet Mall in Orlando. It’s a fascinating mix of tattooed Brits in soccer shirts, bargain hunters that would happily stampede over a creche of 2 year olds to save a buck on something they don’t even need and people like me who are in a permanent daze wondering “Why am I here?’
This particular day happened to be the day after Thanksgiving, North America's busiest shopping day of the year. They don’t call it Black Friday for nothing and you can read more about my experience in more detail here.
