Students To Get Rich and Happy For Free

We are in the process of moving the How To Be Rich and Happy giveaway to the next level.

Since we launched the book the shift in sales away from the hard copy to the ebook version has been staggering and taken us completely by surprise.

I recently has the shift perfectly demonstrated to me by an 11 year old girl. I was approached by her about the book after she had read on of my newsletters.

Get Rich and Happy For Less

To celebrate the triple launch of How To Be Rich and Happy in Netherlands, Germany and Taiwan (see photo of the cover) and with Germany and China imminent, we’re slashing the price for a limited period.

The hard copy in English is currently only available on this site and retails for $25. As I’m sure you know all that money goes into printing copies of the book to give to good causes, John and I don’t take a penny out for ourselves.

An Update And A Question

I just wanted to give you a quick heads up on the latest How To Be Rich and Happy news and also ask you a question.

2011 was a great year for the book and also the giveaway.

Canada Gets Rich and Happy

Rich and Happy I just wanted to share some exciting news about How To Be Rich and Happy. As you may well know we have sold the rights to the book into China, Netherlands, Germany and France.

The first of those to launch is the French version that is now available in Quebec and France with the Netherlands to follow shortly and Germany in March 2012.

The Most Important Aspect of Self Development – And Then Some!

With How To Be Rich and Happy John and I set out to write a book that was accessible to almost anybody. We made the conscious decision to include as much of the great material that I use as a Life Coach and John uses as a public speaker as possible.

We also went to great lengths to make sure there was no filler and that every page was relevant to you the reader. The amazing feedback we have received from people who have read the book leads us to think we pulled it off for the large part, and that’s very gratifying.

Rich and Happy Coming To A Country Near You Soon!

How to be rich and happyIt’s been a while since we last posted and I thought it was about time we gave you the latest heads up.

Every now and then I get an e-mail from somebody asking me if we have given up on our goal to give 1,000,000 copies of How To Be Rich and Happy to good causes.

If This Doesn’t Give You Faith In People – Nothing Will

I have met some remarkable people whilst doing the How To Be Rich and Happy giveaway. People that for the large part have little, and in some cases almost zero, money themselves, but can’t wait to help others.

One such person is Louise Yates and I’m grateful to Becky Blanton for introducing her to me and also for Becky in paying to ship a case of books to Louise for her to distribute amongst the less fortunate in her community.

Get Paid For Helping Others

rich and happy piggy bankLet me be honest and say things have been a tad slow around here recently. The books are selling steadily and we had the brilliant bonus of selling the rights into China this week, which now means the book will be published in Germany, France, Netherlands and China, which is very cool.

However we are still encountering charities that are somewhat resistant, especially when we ask for help with shipping costs.

Is This The Rich and Happy Breakthrough?

As you may very well know one of the biggest issues we’ve had with the project to give away 1,000,000 copies of How To Be Rich and Happy has been getting charities to accept that what we’re doing is genuine and not some cunning plan to defraud then.

This has been very frustrating at times as door after door has been metaphorically slammed in our faces, and I’d be lying if I didn’t confess to wondering whether we had bitten off more than we could chew on a few occasions.

How To Be Rich and Happy Now Available on Kindle

How To Be Rich and Happy on KindleAs you almost certainly know we have never placed How To Be Rich and Happy on Amazon. The are several reasons for this, not least of which is Amazon take a whopping 55% of the cut and for a charitable project it is irritating to think they get more than the good causes do.

Also, there is the risk that like many books, How To Be Rich and Happy would get pirated and fake copies (as well as second hand ones) would flood the market making it difficult for us to sell new copies and thus hit our rather huge goal.
